Pro-OP No. 1 is represented by the Ld. advocate. Complainant is found absent without taking any steps. None moves on behalf of the complainant. Heard Ld. Advocate of the Pro-OP no. 1. Perused the record. It reveals from the record that the matter is pending since 2021. On earlier day complainant was also found absent and today neither the complainantnor the Ld. advocate of the complainant is found present. Accordingly we are of the view that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the matter furthermore.

That the instant Consumer case being in No. 50/2021 is hereby dismissed for non prosecution.
