During the course of arguments, Counsel for Complainant moved application for permission to withdraw the present complaint and further to file fresh complaint.

Sh. Mohan Lal Phillauria, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant appeared and got recorded his statement that due to the technical reasons, the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Permission may kindly be granted to file fresh complaint on same cause of action. In view of statement made by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removal of technical defects .
