ORDER

     Case file taken up today on the request of the learned counsel for the complainant who wishes to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh before the competent court/authority/commission.

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Saksham Arora, Counsel for Complainant has stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh before the competent court/authority/commission under law. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh before the competent court/authority/commission under law. Now, it need not to put up on 28.02.2024 as already ordered.

      In view of above, miscellaneous application No.8 of 2024, filed by OP No.2 for rejection of complaint, stands disposed of having become infructuous,

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
