ORDER DATE-01/10/1996. The respondent is here by directed to return Rs.4,000/- to the complainant which has been collected from the complainant. The respondent is also directed to pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- being the expenses occured by the complainant to go to Bangalore and Rs.500/- towards the telephone Charges. The respondent is also liable to pay Rs. 100/- towards the cost of this proceedings. The respondent shall comply the above direction with in two months from the date of receipts of this order.
