        The order of the National Commission discloses that the respondents herein have deposited the amount before the National Commission. Since there was no representation as to whether the order of the National Commission was complied, considering that the matter was seized by the National Commission, we close the E.A. subject to the result of F.A.No.98/2008 before the National Commission.

        In the circumstances, this E.A. is closed for the time being and the petitioner is directed to file memo after disposal of the appeal by the National Commission.
