ORDER:
Today the case was fixed for filing written statement on behalf of opposite parties Nos.1 & 2.
On 09.09.2022 Shri Sachinder Bhatia, counsel for opposite parties Nos.1 & 2 has made a statement that the opposite parties Nos.1 & 2/ United India Insurance company are ready to make the compromise for a sum of Rs.70,000/- because the medical bills are submitted delay by the complainant after 30 days of discharge from the hospital which is violation of the terms and conditions of the policy.
Shri D.P.S.Tomar, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he is ready to take an amount of Rs.85,000/- on behalf of complainant form opposite parties Nos.1 & 2 in lumpsum.
On the basis of the statement of both the parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite parties to pay an amount of Rs.85000/- to the complainant in lumpsum. There are no orders as to costs. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
