ORDER

Heard. The applicant has filed present Misc. Application alongwith Manager’s Cheque of HDFC Bank bearing No.000898 dated 07.03.2015 for a sum of Rs.1,17,500/- in favour of President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum SBS Nagar as 50% of decretal amount in compliance of order dated 24.02.2015, passed by Hon’ble National Commission in Revision Petition No.416 of 2015 titled as United India Insurance Company Limited Vs Sandeep Sharma.

As per directions of the Hon’ble National Commission, the above said amount of 50% is to be deposited with this Forum and necessary Manager’s Cheque has been filed by the applicant. Let above said amount be deposited in the bank in the shape of fixed deposit in favour of the President of this Forum initially for a period of one years.

In view of the above, the present Misc. Application is disposed of.
