            The complainant is found absent on repeated call and no steps filed today. The advocate for O.P. is present. The O.P. has deputed the surveyor and assessed the loss in both the claims and paid Rs.14,69,232/- towards full and final settlement of the claim vide its disbursement voucher dated 24.12.2002 of both the insurance policy No. (1) 034302/11/13/0001/00010/99 and (2) 034302111/13/0010/031/99 of both CD Case No. 94/2006 and 93/2006 respectively.  The complainant has submitted the discharge voucher on 24.12.2002 and received the above amount. The amount has deposited in his Bank account. The grievance of the complainant has already been solved in question.

            In the result we closed the case.

The case is disposed of accordingly.

            A certified copy of this Judgment be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
