Aggrieved by the said 

The facts not in dispute are that the complainant took an insurance policy from the opposite party paying Rs.600/- towards premium, and   along with the inquest report Ex.A4, FIR A5 and Death Certificate Ex.A8 and also got issued legal notice vide Ex.A9 but did not receive any response. Hence the complaint seeking direction to the opp.party to pay an amount of Rs.3 lakhs towards the policy amount and Rs.70,000/- towards tuition fees and further compensation and costs.

It is the case of the opposite party 

It is evidenced from this definition that Accidental Death does not include heart attack.
