ORDER

     Counsel for OP has handed over a cheque bearing No.261777 dated 24.11.2017 for Rs.3400/- to the counsel for complainant/DH, who recorded his statement on the first page of the execution application itself withdrawing the instant execution application being fully satisfied. Photocopy of cheque is taken on record. Consequently, instant execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
