ORDER

Parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. They have filed the memo of settlement containing the terms and conditions (Ext. C-1) bearing signatures of the complainants as also the authorized representatives of opposite parties No.1 & 2. Respective counsel have confirmed the genuineness of the document. Learned counsel for the complainants seeks to withdraw the complaint in view of the settlement.

The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the observation that the parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of settlement (Ext. C-1).
