ORDER

At the time of arguments, when we ask the Counsel for the complainant as to how this Commission has pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint and when it was brought to his notice that qua assuming pecuniary jurisdiction, component of interest and compensation etc. are not to be added, he makes a request that let this matter be transferred to the Forum accordingly. His prayer is allowed.

              In view of above, this complaint  is removed from the board of the Bench of the Commission and is transferred to District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, U.T., Chandigarh subject to Counsel for the complainant submitting one copy of the complaint for record of this Commission.

              The complainant/its Counsel is directed to appear before the said Forum on 13.10.2016.

              Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
