C/R put up today as both the parties filed pt. vide No.105/19 and 106/19. Complainant prayed before the Ld. Forum to dispose of the complainant pt. as they received the amount of Rs.7,200/- ( Rupees seventy thousand two hundred only ) and the complainant have no claim against the OP. OP vide pt. No.106/19 prayed to pass necessary order as the case is setelled amicably between the parties and produces memo of satisfaction and undertaking of compliance of order. Accordingly the case is disposed off.
