Today is fixed for S/R and appearance.

Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant files an application for effecting service of notice upon Ops by way of making publication of notice through newspaper. The application is moved by the Ld. Advocate. The said application is registered as MA/27/2023.

It appears from the record that all the attempts made for effecting service of notice in the orginary way have gone in vain. Therefore, the prayer of the Ld. Advocate for effecting service of notice in the alternative way is allowed.

He is directed to cause service of notice upon Ops by making publication of notice in Ananda Bazar or Bartaman Newspaper asking them to appear and to file W/V by the next date.

15.03.2023 is fixed for submitting copy of newspaper containing publication of notice.
