OPs appeared and filed a decision of the State C.D.R. Commission vide F.A. No.975 of 2008 wherein, the order of District Forum is quashed.

According to the said dismissal of the order of District Forum for C.C.21/2008, by the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission execution of the same also can not be proceeded.

Hence execution of the same is dropped.

Disposed accordingly.
