INTERIM ORDER

This case was posted on 3.8.2018 for the appearance of both parties.  Both parties represented.  Complainant is directed to produce the vehicle bearing Reg. No.KL-37D-800, before the opposite party workshop for curing the defect as agreed by the learned counsel of the opposite party and the case adjourned to 19.9.2016.  On that day complainant was present and opposite party was represented by their counsel.  The complainant submitted that he entrusted the vehicle to the opposite party workshop.  Hence the Forum directs the opposite party, to cure the defect of the vehicle to the satisfaction of the complainant within 15 days from today.
