Present:       None for the complainant.

                    Case called several times since morning.  It is already 3:15 p.m.  Case called again but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. From the perusal of the record of the case, it is transpired that this case is pending for notice to Ops for want of RC etc.  On the last date of hearing also nobody appeared on behalf of complainant.  As per the report of Assistant, no RC has been filed since 22.11.2011 for the service of Ops.  The complainant has failed to comply with the orders since the filing of this complaint for the service of Ops.  It seems that complainant is not interest to pursue this complaint.  The complaint is dismissed in default.
