ORDER

At the time of arguments, the attitude of Sh. Inderpal Singh Issar, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant was belligerent. He tried to raise arguments even without having his own brief.

                   Under above circumstances, we are not going to deal with this complaint. Therefore, request be sent to the Hon’ble President, Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi to transfer this complaint to some other Consumer Commission. On receipt of order from the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, original file be sent to the concerned Commission.

                   Secretary of this Commission is directed to send copy of this order forthwith to the Registrar, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi to place it before the Hon’ble President for necessary action.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
