ORDER

Complainant is not present, though notice issued to him. He has produced a xerox copy to show that one, Gopal, who was the Manager, was dead. And it is for him to show who is the other man and get the notice served on him. Time was granted to complainant to take steps for service of notice on opposite party and he has not taken any steps. Hence we have no other alternative except to dismiss the case for non prosecution. No costs.
