ORDER

     Case taken up today as 24.06.2021 was declared public holiday under the orders of Chandigarh Administration and notice was placed on the official website & notice board of this Commission that case shall be taken up for effective hearing on 06.07.2021. Copy of the notice placed on the file. Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     In this case, JDs did not appear despite service and proceeded ex-parte. Complainants were directed to file list of property, movable or immovable, owned by JDs, but despite given opportunities on 02.09.2020, 22.09.2020, 23.11.2020, 03.12.2020, 30.12.2020, 27.01.2021, 15.03.2021, 12.04.2021, the same has not been filed. Even today neither complainants appeared nor list of property filed. Even on many occasions, neither complainants nor their counsel appeared. Non appearance and non compliance of the order of this commission shows that complainants are not interested in prosecution of the present execution application. Hence, this execution application is dismissed for want of prosecution and non compliance of the order of this Commission.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
