This is a complaint filed under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019, alleging deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties and seeking replacement of the vehicle with a new one along with compensation.
- The opposite parties have filed written version denying all allegations and claims made in the complaint.
