2. M/s Bridge Stone India Pvt. Ltd, Plot No. A-43 Phase-2 MIDC Chakan Village Sawardari Taluja District Pune Maharastra India, Through Its authorized person/Manager.

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OP-2. Notice could not be issued for want of copy of complaint. The position remained the same on the last six adjourned dates. On careful perusal of the file, it reveals that since February 2020, complainant has failed to get the service effected to the OP-2. Further adjournment for the same purpose could not be justified at it would amount to wastage of precious time of the Commission as this complaint pertains to year 2020.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
