AWARD

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 11.9.2024, ld. Counsel for the complainant stated that the matter has been settled between the complainant and OPs vide Settlement Agreement/Deed dated 25.7.2024, which has been filed on record and the same is marked as Ann.C/A. He also stated that in view of the said Settlement Agreement, the present complaint be disposed off in the coming National Lok Adalat to be held on 14.9.2024.

          The ld. Counsel for OPs Vide his separate statement recorded on 12.9.2024 stated that he agree with the statement of ld. Counsel for the complainant given on 11.9.2024 that the matter has been settled between the complainant and OPs vide Settlement Agreement/Deed dated 25.7.2024, which has been filed on record as Ann.C/A and in view of the said Settlement Agreement, the present complaint be disposed off in the coming National Lok Adalat to be held on 14.9.2024.

2]        In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement Agreement Ann.C/A, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

     i.   The parties shall be bound by the terms & conditions of the Settlement Agreement Ann.C/A      and the same shall form part of the award.

3]        The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
