This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to replace the laptop model C50 AI 220 with a new one or in the alternate a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards the price of the laptop and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost to the complainant.

The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.  Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint. Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
