ORDER

The parties has amicably settled the matter. Compromise application has been placed on record.  As per compromise the complainant has been handed over a cheque of Rs.22,990/- by OP No.1 which has been duly received by him.  In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the  complaint being settled.  In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint.  The compromise application as also copy of the cheque is retained on file.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
