Today the case was fixed for compromise.
Shri Harry Khanna, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties and complainant has received principal amount of Rs.22,000/- and Rs.11,000/- as litigation charges from opposite party and I withdraw the complaint on behalf of the complainant.
On the basis of the statement of the complainant, the complaint is disposed off accordingly. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
