ORDER

                   This case is taken up today on the written request of the parties. Sh. Mandeep Singh Dhillon, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OPs have redressed my grievance and the matter has now been amicably settled between the parties. I have received Manager’s Cheque bearing No.031089, dated 07.04.2016 for Rs.15000/- in favour of Mandeep Singh Dhillon from the learned counsel for the OPs. I do not wish to press this complaint further. This complaint be dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Cheque. I have handover the sweater, in question to the learned counsel for the OPs”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the Manager’s Cheque.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
