                   Mr. Jai Parkash Mann, Advocate has appeared on behalf of complainant and suffered statement that he does not want to pursue further with present complaint as the respondent-company has gone into liquidation and claim has been filed before the IRP. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint with a liberty afresh before appropriate authority on the same cause of action. His statement in this regard is recorded separately.

2.                In wake of statement suffered by Mr. Jai Parkash Mann, counsel for complainant, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before appropriate authority.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

4.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

5.                File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this order.
