Ld. Advocate for the complainants submits that if the opposite parties transfer, sell or assessing the flat and garage in question, to any third party, the complainants/petitioners would suffer irreparable loss and injury.

Considering balance of convenience and inconvenience and to avoid multiplicity of proceedings, the prayer for ad-interim  is allowed.

The opposite parties are here by restrained by an ad-interim order from selling, transferring and assessing the flat and garage mentioned in the schedule of the complaint till disposal of the CC/290/2022.
