This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite party with regard to delivery of the newspaper along with a prayer to direct the opposite party to refund the annual subscription amount of Rs.799/-, to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant along with cost of Rs.15,000/- towards litigation expenses.

As per the endorsement made by complainant, complaint dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 24^th day of May 2024.
