Present: Sh. Mahipal Singh, Advocate, counsel for complainant.  

 

                          Counsel for the complainant made a statement recorded separately that there is some technical defect in the present complaint, so, he withdraws the same seeking permission to file a fresh and prayed for returning the original documents and lastly stated that he has received the original documents.

                     In view of the aforesaid statement made by the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file his complaint before the competent court of law/authority, if so advised. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
