                        Sh.Alok Bhatara, Avdocate for OP No.2 has brought a cheque of Rs.8450/- dated 20.3.2010 in favour of complainant, which the latter has received towards full and final settlement as arrived between the parties and made statement for withdrawal of the complaint subject to realization of cheque. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn subject to realizatioin of aforesaid cheque. 

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
