Present:           Sh.Rajbir Singh Guron, Advocate for Complainant.

                        ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by counsel for the parties is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Rohit Kapoor, Advocate for OP.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP has approved the below Goa offer to complainant-Taranvir Guron, his wife and his child which is:

1.         Stay in a 4 star hotel in Goa for 3 nights/04 days

2.         Travel date to be between 01 May – 30th Sept.2010 (Not valid for travel during long weekends, Independence Day & Janmashtami)

3.         Flights on Economy class/low cost carrier

4.                  Airport transfers from Airport – Hotel - Airpot

5.                  Bed and Buffet Breakfast only.

            Statement of Sh.Rajbir Singh Guron, Advocate for Complainant.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Rohit Kapoor, Advocate for OP. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly subject to the above offer of the OP.”

 

2.                     The case stands disposed of in view of the above statement and settlement arrived at between the parties. The parties would abide by their undertaking.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
