Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, complainant has made a statement which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.1,01,000/-, through RTGS, from the OPs, now nothing remains due against the OPs. Therefore, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
