Today the counsel for the complainant has tendered a statement that there is some technical defect in the present complaint and thus he sought permission to file the complainant afresh on same cause of action before appropriate authority and requested for withdrawal of the same.

     Keeping in view the statement of complainant,the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn,Permission is granted to the complainant for filing complaint on same cause of action afresh  before appropriate authority/court.Copies of the order be supplied free of costs,as per rules.File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
