           Learned counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant Shri rattan Singh appeared in person before the court and made a statement that “In view of letter Ex. PX issued by the opposite party I  do not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied”.  Statement to this effect recorded separately. In view of the statement of complainant, complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
