Final Order / Judgement

On 14.01.2022 the complainants have filed a petition supported by affidavit praying for withdrawal of the instant Consumer Complaint Case.

It is stated in the petition that during pendency of this Complaint the grievance of the complainants have duly been resolved by way of amicable settlement outside the Ld. Commission. For this reason, the complainants are not willing to proceed with the instant complaint. According to the complainants if this petition is not allowed they will suffer irreparable loss and injury and prayer is made by them for allowing this petition.

Upon careful consideration of the content of the petition we are of the opinion that as the dispute of the complainants have already been redressed by the Ops outside the Ld. Commission and as the complainants are not willing to proceed further with this complaint, we have no objection to allow the prayer of the complainants.

Hence it is ordered that the CC 271/2021 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to cost.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost, as per CPR.
