THIRU. S. PANDIAN, PRESIDENT:    District Consumer Disputes  Redressed Forum, Thiruvallur.

Both Parties called absent seen passed it over;   No other representation on both sides for the whole day, It is seen from the adjudication that it is pending for production of L.R. certificate from 12.4.2013 i.e. nearly for the past Two Years.   But still not produced.  Moreover, the petitioner has not even appeared or represented through the counsel and not chosen to take steps for further proceeding.   It clearly shows the disinterest of the petitioner in the further progress of this petitioner.   Therefore, there is no Justification to prolong further without any progress for more than 2 years. Hence, this petition is dismissed for Default.  No costs.
