The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he has received the cheque bearing No. 005426 dated 23/05/2016 for Rs. 4,25,000/- from the OPs and now complainant has no right, title or interest over the plot No. C-86 PT-1094 at TDI, City, Panipat in any manner, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.         In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
