Sarat Babu, Advocates for the Complainant and Sri Ch. Venkateswara Rao, Sri Ch.V.S.N. Murthy, and Sri Ch. Sai Jaishankar, Advocates for the 2^nd Opposite Party and the 1^st Opposite Party being exparte and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:
