ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. The complaint ia allowed. The opposite party is directed to pay Rs.4,500/- being the cost of Sanyo Cordless telephone, and take back the Sanyo set No.173 A 5083 -CLT 6700 sold to the complainant. He is also directed to pay Rs.300/- as cost of the prosecuting this complaint. He shall comply with this order within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order failing which he shall be liable to pay interest at 10% p.a. on Rs.4,500/-.
