On 18.07.2018, the appellant was directed to take steps for publication for service upon respondent No. 2. Steps have not been taken on behalf of the appellant. Ten days’ time was allowed to take steps for service with a condition that “if the steps for publication for service upon respondent No. 2 are not taken, appropriate order would be passed in the appeal.”

                    We have perused the delay condonation application.  There is delay of one year nine months & 29 days.                       In the application, appellant has not given satisfactory explanation of delay. Therefore, delay condonation                     application is rejected. Appeal is dismissed being time barred.
