            The complainant’s advocate is present. Perused the complaint, office note and documents filed by the complainant. Heard the complainant’s advocate on the point of admission. In the instant case M/ Saraf Agencies Pvt. Ltd, Titanium Park, NH-16, Bye-pass Chhatrapur, Po/Ps: Chhatrapur, Dist: Ganjam, represented by its General Manager (HR) is the complainant of this case. It reveals that the complainant’s company is a private Ltd. Company and does not come within the preview of Section 2 (m) of Consumer Protection Act. Further, it reveals that the complainant’s unit is a manufacturing unit which is running at Chhatrapur for commercial purpose. In our considered view the complainant is not a consumer under C.P.Act. Hence the complaint stands rejected. The complainant is at liberty to approach any other Forum having jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance.
