Ms. Monika Sharma, Advocate for the complainant states that parties have arrived at the settlement and pursuant to the settlement, opposite party has delivered certain cheques and drafts in full and final settlement of claim in respect of respective complainants which are accepted subject to encashment. Counsel for the complainants seeks to withdraw their complaints subject to encashment of cheque. In view of the above, complaint is disposed of as settled.
