Final Order / Judgement

                                     Nidhi  Vs. M/s TDI

 

Present:  Complainant in person with Sh. B.S.Kataria Advocate.

               Sh.Tijender Rathee, Advocate for the opposite parties.

 

              Ld. counsel for the opposite parties made a statement that they  have reached a settlement with the complainant. As per the conditions of the settlement, maintenance charges (CAM charges) have been waived off from 2015 to January 2023. Party ledger(statement) has been placed on record as Annexure-A. Respondents have no dues towards the complainant. The complainant will be liable to pay maintenance changes after January 2023.

            Complainant has made a statement that she agrees with the above statement and has no objection with the alleged settlement.

            In view of the statements made above by both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off with direction to the opposite parties not to charge any maintenance charges from the complainant w.e.f. the year 2015 to January 2023. However, complainant will be liable to pay the maintenance charges(CAM charges) after January 2023. Parties shall be bound with their respective statement.

            Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
