ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under:- The entire apears of the bill claimed by the O.P. till the end of December 2003 is given set off as damages payable to the complainant for deficiency in service. O.P. No.1 to 4 are directed to refund the security deposit of Rs.3000/- to the complainant, by sending the same tierh by cheque or demand draft to his address within one month from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the complainant is entitled to recover this amount with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. till the date of recovery. This rtae of interest is charged as per the rate charged by O.P. for delayed payment. O.P.1 to 4 are directed to pay cost of Rs.200/-. Complaint is dismissed against O.P.5. Send certifiec copies of this judgement and order to both parties under COP.
