Present:       Sh.Akash Bhalla, Advocate for complainant.

 

                   Ms.Babita, Member has not come present today. Complaint presented today. Office report perused. At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant appeared in person and suffered a statement to the effect that he withdraw the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Separate statement of learned counsel for the complainant has been recorded in this respect.

                   In view of the statement of leanred counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stand dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint as per his statement. File be consigned to the Record Room.
