ORDER

     At this stage, the complainant seeks permission to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh case with better particulars before appropriate Court/Commission. Complainant also prays that time spent before this Commission may kindly be exempted for the purpose of limitation. His statement to this effect has been recorded separately. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file fresh case with better particulars before appropriate Court/Commission and the period spent before this Commission shall be exempted for the purpose of limitation.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
