ORDER:        

                                   

                   Sh.Nitesh Kumar, Branch Collection Manager of OP No.2 made statement that the matter has been settled as full and final and under the settlement he has received Rs.5000/- from the complainant and NOC would be issued within twenty days. Thereafter,  learned counsel for the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complainant by submitting that having regard to the statement made by Sh.Nitesh Kumar, Branch Collection Manager of OP No.2, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been recorded.

                           In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
