Today is fixed for show cause by Complainant .

Complainant is absent without any step.

It is now 01-25 p.m.  On repeated calls the Complainant or anybody for the Complainant is not found present either to file show cause or to take any step.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we find that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this complaint is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

Ordered

That the CC No.101/2015 be and same is hereby dismissed for default ; but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost, if applied for.
